At the meeting the following issues were discussed. EManifest pilot project Phase 2, were European maritime safety administration (EMSA) presented the results for number of users, notifications submitted, issues raised, as well as, EMSW prototype development. The active participants were Slovenia, Croatian, Denmark together with UNIFIDER and Latvia with support of ITDA (International Transport Development Association) provided testing notifications information and expert consultations regarding eManifest data elements.
The discussion of the concept and implementation plan of phase 3 followed , as well as latest version of the data mapping which was revised, in order to update the list of formalities, to be included in the data set. (i.e. addition of the ENS and departure information), and latest version of the Business Rules document, which was revised to be included in phase 3 functionalities to additional formalities.
