Job description
We are looking for experienced Assemblers to join production teams working on shipbuilding and metal construction projects in Lithuania. Your responsibilities will include preparing metal parts, performing basic welding tasks, and assembling structural elements according to technical drawings and specifications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Cut and shape metal using a torch or other tools
- Perform tack welding and pre-assembly of components
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment of parts
- Prepare metal structures and parts for welding and final assembly
- Follow safety and quality standards in every task
Experience & Qualifications
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Working hours: 50–63 hours/week
- Net salary: €12–€13/hour (after tax)
- Gross salary: €14.91–€16.15/hour
- Probation period: 4 months (fully paid)
- Bonuses: Based on seniority and performance
- Start date: Ongoing recruitment
