 Latvia I had work experience in project coordinator for National SafeSeaNet
 project and National Advanced National Networks for Administrations (ANNA)
 project, also in project managements  “e-Maritime
 Strategic Framework and Simulation based Validation” projects in EU level and
 SKLOIS project in national level, also to organize work on repairs and
 administration of GMDSS and AIS systems, also for all systems and electric
 equipment at MRCC. Also I had to organize and lead a lot of meetings, working
 groups, lectures with various institutions and ministries to implement the
 projects and EU Directive requirements into Latvian legislation.

Deniss Bickovs

My name is Deniss. I have obtained Master's degree in the Transport and Telecommunication institute at the radio navigation and telecommunication faculty, as well as in the Latvian university Diplomacy faculty. I have more than 12 years experience working at the Latvian Coast Guard Service. My present position covers responsibility mainly for shipping safety, security, facilitation and also legal and practical implementation of ISPS, PRF, VTMIS, RFD and International legislation. I have participated in the EU driven projects like e-freight, Blue Belt as well as different EC and EMSA projects. I have experience in project manager participating in the AnNa project, national SafeSeaNet etc.
